Job Description

Must Have:



  • Experience using Prosci ADKAR model is an asset.
  • A professional designation in change management is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a change management leadership capacity with demonstrated experience transforming and managing change across a complex multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment is required.
  • Specific experience working in ERP and cloud based solutions is required.
  • Post-secondary education Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Admin, Commerce, Leadership or equivalent.
  • Canadian health care experience is an asset.
  • Preference for Oracle ERP and Ultimate Kronos Group Dimensions knowledge is an asset.
