Organizational Change Management Consultant - Adkar

PrecisionERP is seeking a Organizational Change Management Consultant for a 6 month term with our partnered client located in Regina, SK. This is a hybrid opportunity with on-site required in Regina, SK.

Required Experience:

• Experience implementing large scale projects with significant change
• The position requires in-depth, practical knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles, standards and processes, project management methodologies, the agile methodology.
• Excellent partnership, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills are required.
• At least 4 years of experience in the field of organizational change management

Nice to have:

Certification in one or more of the following is a nice to have:

• Experienced Practitioner Program
• ACMP Certified Change Management Professional program
• Prosci Change Management Certification program
• Agile training or certifications (such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe))
