Job Title: Organizational Change Management Architect

Owns the strategy, approach and plan for transformation and change management for the IRP Student;

Ensures that all Transformation and Change Management practices and processes align with UBC's people practices;

Works as a change agent with senior faculty, academic and administrative unit stakeholders;

Negotiates business resources and obtains financial, physical and/or human resources to support the Integrated Renewal Program;

Oversees the evaluation of stakeholder engagement and leads actions to enhance engagement;

Performs other related duties as required.

● PROSCI, ACMP, CCMP or similar change certification or experience preferred

● Supply Chain experience preferred.

● Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

● Provide OCM support for Supply Chain initiatives

Certified Change Management Professional™ (CCMP™)

Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience

Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

Experience in leading change management and communication activities within complex transformative initiatives

Advanced verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills for both senior management and large employee base

PMP/PMI or Change Management Professional certification is considered an asset

Develop and implement change management plans for branch programs that address change impacts, while minimizing stakeholder resistance and maximizing engagement

Create holistic change management and communication plans for key branch initiatives

Equip stakeholders with the knowledge, skills and tools to prepare them for change

Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci).

Proven experience as a change management professional.

Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.

Develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Stay current with industry trends and refine change management methodologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Certification in PROSCI or other Change Management methodology is highly preferred.

Act as the main point of contact for change management efforts for the wave.

Understand the CSU organization and change management challenges and issues.

Apply structured change management approaches including PROSCI.

Set the agenda for campus change management meetings, coordinate speakers.

Review campus change management work, provide advisory guidance.

Demonstrated business acumen, project management, change management and design thinking in complex, global organizations

Degree in Education, Business or equivalent experience which would include experience in Organizational Change Management and Training & Development;

3+ years of experience change management - within the Technology space;

Strong Presentation and Management skills;

Experience in a full lifecycle change management project is preferred;

Develop and issue metrics reporting for training and organizational change management effectiveness

Facilitate organizational change management activities with cross-functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Business Transformation.

PROSCI, ACMP, CCMP or similar change certification or experience preferred

For all of the above, plan and coordinate activities with the Sr. Manager, Business Excellence and other key project resources

A professional designation in change management is required.

Post-secondary education Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Admin, Commerce, Leadership or equivalent.

Specific experience working in ERP and cloud based solutions is required.

Canadian health care experience is an asset.

Experience using Prosci ADKAR model is an asset.

Preference for Oracle ERP and Ultimate Kronos Group Dimensions knowledge is an asset.

Change Management Certification (PROSCI or other)

A minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience facilitating meetings/sessions with small and large groups in both official languages

A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience providing advisory services to senior executives in both official languages

Additional Qualifications The following will also be considered:

University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, business or a related field

Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both official languages, particularly in writing clear and concise documents for a technical audience

Knowledge and skills in developing and implementing methods, tools, and techniques to support organizational change management and technology adoption

Organizational Change Management certification (Prosci)

Experience eliciting requirements, creating role-based requirements, and change impact assessment documentation

Strong end-user experience with communication and collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Zoom, Slack, and WebEx

Experience creating Communication Plans and messages, using various communication methods and tools
