Job Description
Position: OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Location: Pointe-Claire, Quebec
Salary: competitive
Hybrid - work from home 2 days a week

Responsibilities
  • Tenant correspondence, property book (electronic), enter in PO’S and invoice in nexus
  • Coordinate, manage and follow-up on special projects, assignments and other duties as required.
  • Provide administrative support to operations
  • Ask suppliers for quotes, communicate with janitors, service calls, answering emails, expense reports, memos to tenants, comparatives in pricings, reference leases, fill out possession letters, opening and closing forms of tenants, contacting hydro and gas companies and utilities services.
  • Manage the flow of information that comes in to the appropriate party.
Qualifications
Resourceful and organized with strong follow-up skills.
Works well as part of a team.
Good writing and oral skills/command of the French and English language
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office – PowerPoint is a must.
Internal and external communication skills; written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of employees, suppliers and contractor.
Demonstration of strong values – loyalty, integrity, focus and accountability.
