Job Description

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure office operations are running smoothly
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an office or administrative support role is an asset, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
