Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure office operations are running smoothly
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office or administrative support role is an asset, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
