GFL Environmental is looking for an Office Administrator for our Leduc, Alberta location who will be responsible for overall front office activities, including the reception area, mail, large purchasing requests and facilities. Also responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. Responsible for arranging internal office moves and providing arrangements for office meetings.
- Handling administrative requests and quesries
- Aiding correspondence for the office such as emails, letters and phoen calls
- Processing purchase orders, office supply orders
- Booking travel arrangements
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience and customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 2-4 years of related experience and/or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
