Job Role: New Business Sales Advisor
Location: Toronto
Job Type: Full Time/Contract
A growing Software Development and IT Services business with 50+ professionals in its 5th year of profitable growth is looking to grow its Technology recruitment business and is looking for experienced Sales Advisors , who will report directly to the Founder & CTO, to bring in new accounts and business.
The technical strength of business provides strong credibility with customers and its strong technical vetting and network of software developers is an enviable asset for a business development professional to leverage.
The Ideal candidate would have well developed relationships with customers and clients that can be harnessed in the short-term leveraging the strength of our company in execution and delivery and over the longer term develop new accounts.
This position expects results from the start and the six figure plus target compensation reflects our results-oriented culture and a pathway to partner status opens within 12 months of joining based upon performance.
Required skills and Qualifications.
At least a few years of full-time sales or business development experience within the Technical Recruitment industry with a proven rolodex of Customer relationships that are not encumbered by non-compete agreements etc.
Proven success rate at levels above sales quota.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
While we specialise in Full stack development, Application Automation and Security, for the Recruitment line of business we are technology agnostic.

- Modest Base Salary backed by a handsome Sales commission of upto 10% of the signed and billed business revenue.

- There is no Geographic limitation, you can make referrals for any market / vertical/ geography.
These positions will be open to freelancers and is a great opportunity for someone with a Sales network and established relationships.
