MERCHANDISING ASSOCIATE

The Merchandise Logistics Coordinator (MLC) is responsible for keeping our stores in stock of specific, essential, high turning inventory. The MLC role exists to help ensure our guests have access to our entire selection of logo and accessory products, every single day.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Follow all required Blue Mountain Resort (BMR) policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• “Holes” on selling floor, and
• Remove from the salesfloor any merchandise that is un-priced, un-ticketed or ticketed with handwriting.
• Report inventory discrepancies to store leadership.
• Direction from store leadership
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by stocking the stores with required inventory prioritizing your work based on:
• Previous Day’s Sales Reports
• Security tag all applicable inventory and prepare product before moving it to the salesfloor, which may include folding, sizing, hanging, etc.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Comfortable using computers to send and receive emails and receive weekly schedules.
• Able to work alone with minimal direct leadership.
• Valid G Class License
• Previous experience in retail or a warehouse environment an asset
