Requirements:

• Knowledge of non-surgical services, such as injectables, is a plus.
• Previous experience in a med-spa, medical clinic or plastic surgery office is beneficial.
• Experience in Microneedling, PRP.
• Familiarity with Sciton (BBL & Halo) devices is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, with a focus on device/laser treatments.
• Advanced understanding of skincare conditions and the ability to create personalized home care plans for clients, including acne, rosacea, melasma, and anti-aging plans.
• Valid aesthetics certification.
• Experience with Cynasure Elite devices, IPL, and skin tightening treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the restocking of patient's home care products, follow up on purchases, and manage retail inventory.
• Perform various procedures at the clinic, including but not limited to chemical peels, photofacials, hair removal, acne laser treatments, fractional laser, face/body contouring/skin tightening treatments, and micro needling.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal in treatment and retail areas.
• Develop skincare plans for patients and ensure the purchase of recommended home care products after each appointment.
• Contribute to social media content creation and collaborate with the marketing team.
• Follow up with patients and provide guidance throughout their treatments, effectively communicating homecare instructions and treatment expectations.
• Assist with daily clinic duties, such as room cleaning, photography, inventory management, greeting patients, and providing follow-up care.
• Collaborate with the clinic nurse to develop appropriate treatments and care plans for patients on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with the entire team to address specific patient needs and goals throughout their journey.
• Stay updated on all non-surgical and surgical services and products offered by the practice, promoting them to patients.
