Position Overview:Dot Sher Inc. is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Driver and Field Personnel to join our team on a 2-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a background in driving for ride-sharing platforms like Ola and Uber, and will also support field operations as needed. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving:

• Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers by following all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle interior and exterior.
• Utilize your experience from Ola, Uber, or similar platforms to safely and efficiently transport passengers within Toronto and surrounding areas.

1. Field Assistance:

• Provide support to field operations, assisting in equipment setup, maintenance, and other tasks as required.
• Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Collaborate with the field team to accomplish tasks within designated timeframes.

1. Customer Service:

• Interact professionally and courteously with passengers and colleagues, reflecting the values of Dot Sher Inc.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, leveraging your previous experience in passenger transport.

1. Safety and Compliance:

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of both passengers and colleagues.

1. Documentation:

• Complete required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a driver for ride-sharing platforms such as Ola, Uber, etc.
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service and create a positive passenger experience.
• Familiarity with Toronto's roads, traffic patterns, and navigation apps.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Physical capability to handle light equipment setup and assist with field tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
