We create cutting edge websites, digital and account-based marketing campaigns, and custom software solutions for clients all over North America. In shortest terms, we spend our days solving unique technology problems for industries as diverse as B2B and B2C ecommerce, non-profit, technologies and venture capital.
We are full-stack marketing and sales technology experts, and our services include Website Development, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation, CRM Solutions, and Custom Cloud Application Development.
Whats The Job About?
This role is a hybrid between an in-house marketer and administrator role. With respect to digital marketing, you will learn how to fully execute on multiple channels growing your expertise in email marketing campaigns, paid advertising campaigns, social media posts, blog article curation and campaign reports. On the admin side you would be assisting the team with some light admin duties and responsibilities that may require students to be able to commute on location to our office downtown Victoria.

- You are detail oriented and take ownership over the tasks you are given.
- Some training or experience with business administration tasks, such as document management, data entry, and reporting.
- Some familiarity with digital marketing, such as social media posting for business, blog writing, or email marketing, and a general comfort with learning new technologies rapidly.
- The ability to communicate professionally via email, phone/web conference, and in person. Preference will go to candidates who can demonstrate experience and success in managing client relationships in a deadline driven environment.
- In terms of other important skills, you would need to have strong time management and be comfortable with being responsible for delivering projects on a deadline, and for juggling more than one project at a time.
