- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.

- Culture Integration:
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align recruitment processes and attract top talent
- Develop an M&A integration strategy specific to HR functions and processes
- Communicate integration plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
- Facilitate communication and change management activities to promote acceptance and understanding
- Talent Management and Retention:
- Identify key talent within acquired companies and facilitate smooth transitions
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Analyze and align HR policies with Westland Insurance's existing framework
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leadership, business leaders, and acquired company representatives
- Project Management and Execution:
- HR Policy Alignment:
- Create a comprehensive integration plan that addresses HR policies, systems, benefits, compensation, culture, and talent management
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of integration plans
- Lead the HR integration process for newly acquired companies
- Drive cultural integration efforts to foster a cohesive organizational culture
- Develop and implement harmonized HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
