Job Description

Roomvu is the number one growing real estate automation tool. Roomvu is the Content Factory for real estate agents entirely automating content production, publishing, advertising, and ultimately customer acquisition, historically reserved for large real estate operations. Roomvu’s smart content factory picks the right topic, creates realtor-branded social media videos enriched with the latest market data, targets their audience based on realtors’ sales history, and captures leads. We create the content, automatically publish it for them on landing pages, and optimize their Social Media ad campaigns using A.I.

To help our growing agents, we need an amazing customer success manager like you, to hand hold Real Estate Agents, teach them about the best techniques to get leads, and get more exposure on their social media. The role requires you to follow up with newly joined customers, educating them and making sure they are happy with the service.

This role includes responsibilities for Customer Success activities (e.g., onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.).

We are looking for candidates with diverse backgrounds and experience, who are aligned with our values and vision. We expect you to have great communication and organization skills and believe that success is a team sport.


Skills Requirements:


  • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated experience leading and managing a customer success team, setting goals, and ensuring their success while fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
  • Strategic Thinking and Process Improvement: Proven ability to think strategically, identify inefficiencies in customer success processes, and implement improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics and Data Analysis: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing customer success metrics, generating reports, and presenting data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Amazing communication skills. You're going to be the face of Sapling to our customers, after all.
  • Experience in interpreting data analytics and deriving insights that drive customer value;
  • Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth;
  • Proven ability to understand customers and the importance of process and technology;
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar role in a B2B SaaS business;
  • Demonstrated experience in building compelling business cases backed by data to introduce new processes;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment;


Bonus Skills (Not strictly required but nice to have):

  • Proficiency and experience with Google Analytics (or similar web analytics tools), social media, and accessibility standards.
  • Good technical understanding of the social media and PR environment using customer data to uncover trends in customer behavior analyzing customer trends.
