Job Description

We are expanding again and in need of 1 or 2 (very) experienced legal accountant/bookkeeper contractors as soon as possible.

This is a fully remote position, and is part time from 10 hours per week at this point, but might develop into more hours as time goes on if you would like.


Please don't contact us if you do not have the experience to take on accounting for small law firms, primarily in BC, but AB and Yukon as well. Good working knowledge of at least 2 of ESI Law, Clio/QBO and QB desktop, Soluno, Cosmolex and PC Law are necessary as well.


As we work in our clients' system environments, a good working knowledge of OneDrive, Office 365, Google Drive, etc is a must!


This is an excellent opportunity for a stay at home parent who wants to earn extra income doing what they did in an office before kiddos, or a CPA who wants to get away from the daily grind.
