About the Company: Crossing Frontiers P.C. is a U.S. and Canadian boutique immigration law firm, providing primarily employment based immigration solutions to startups, founders and employees from around the world. We are a very small team, offering flexibility and collaboration.

The immigration legal researcher and content writer position will be responsible for researching, drafting and writing knowledge base materials, primarily focused on U.S. employment based immigration. This role will also include some administrative and process oriented tasks to help automate existing processes.

Duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Investigate relevant topics about employment based immigration law and prepare knowledge base materials;
• Conduct legal research and prepare draft petition letters for writing intensive matters, including but not limited to O-1, EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-1C and NIW petitions.
• Conduct research, providing sources and citations and prepare blogs and materials on identified topics related to employment based immigration;

Additional administrative tasks may include case management, client communication, document review and preparation, internal process review and revisions.
