As a Content Writer at Pinnacle of Man, you will be a key player in communicating our mission and expertise to our audience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Content Creation: Crafting engaging and impactful content for various platforms, including blog articles, social media posts, emails, YouTube scripts, job ads, course scripts, and scripts for reels shorts.

2. Tone of Voice: Ensuring all written content aligns with the company's tone of voice and brand guidelines to maintain a consistent and authentic message.

3. Messaging Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing and coaching teams to develop effective messaging strategies that resonate with our target audience.

4. Editing and Proofreading: Reviewing and editing content to maintain high-quality standards and error-free deliverables.

5. Research: Conducting thorough research on relationship-related topics and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

6. Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, including relationship experts and marketing professionals, to create cohesive and impactful content.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple writing projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Writing Skills: Proven experience in copywriting and content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of writing styles.
• Relationship Awareness: Familiarity with relationship-related topics and an understanding of the challenges faced by men in their romantic relationships.
• Tone Adaptability: Ability to adapt writing style to match the company's tone of voice while maintaining creativity and authenticity.
• Passion for Personal Development: Genuine interest in personal development and a desire to contribute positively to the lives of others.
• Research Abilities: Excellent research skills to gather relevant information and support content creation.

Salary and Benefits:

• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders of the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience within a successful startup during its scaling phase.
• The opportunity for a full-time position is available, providing avenues for professional growth and potential income advancement based on proven competence.
• The starting salary for this position ranges from CA$ 3900 to $5300/month, subject to negotiation based on your experience, qualifications, and demonstrated competency.
