We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. In this role, you will work closely with our learners, supporting their academic progress, fostering personal growth, and nurturing their self-esteem.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing targeted curriculum support, utilizing various strategies to help learners achieve their learning objectives while promoting their independence. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of individual education and behavior plans, as well as assist with personal care programs.

While prior experience in a Learning Support Assistant role is advantageous, it is not essential. However, we do require strong literacy and numeracy skills, as well as effective communication abilities to engage with learners and young people with learning disabilities. A relevant qualification, such as Level 3 SSTLiS or equivalent, is essential for our Level 2 Teaching Assistant position.

This position follows a term-time only schedule, with work taking place Monday to Friday for 39 weeks per year.
