About The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with diverse learning needs. Your dedication and commitment will help create an inclusive and nurturing learning environment where every student has the opportunity to excel.
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized learning plans that address students' specific needs.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students during lessons, ensuring they can actively engage with the curriculum.
• Assist with classroom activities and assignments, adapting materials as necessary to accommodate different learning styles.
• Monitor and record students' progress, communicating effectively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
