In this influential role, you will play a vital part in stewarding, administering, and monetizing Upstream subsurface rights, ensuring the delivery and protection of value while mitigating risk across the asset life cycle. We are seeking a self-motivated and resourceful individual who thrives on negotiating contracts and managing external relationships. • Negotiate and manage claim/dispute mitigation and resolution
• Free training programs Duties and Responsibilities:
• Shifts: Monday - Friday
• Analyze, manage and steward contracts, as needed (e.g., acreage and risk management, and compliance)
• Manage and coordinate contract personnel (field & in-house)
• Free access to our Aspire Academy for continuing professional education
• Manage and sustain external relationships relevant to own portfolio (e.g., government officials, land owners, service providers and partners)
• Coordinate and/or determine land ownership, evaluate risks, and cure title defects
• Provide litigation support Requirements and Qualifications:
• Develop, negotiate and execute new commercial agreements (e.g., leases and right-of-ways), obtaining all functional alignment, as required
• Provide advice on best practices and strategic cross-functional opportunities
