Proven experience as a No Code Developer or similar role.

Utilize no-code platforms such as Zapier, Airtable, or Bubble to create applications and integrations.

Develop automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity.

4 year university degree in related fields. Equivalent experience is acceptable in place of degree.

3+ years of Business Process Automation experience, especially with low-code/No Code Platforms (Power Automate, PowerBI, SalesForce Development Platform)

Experience interfacing with Application developers.

Experience with Robotic Process automation methodologies and tools will be an added advantage.

· Prepare building code and technical reports for building types, configurations, sizes, and construction requirements.

Manage and sustain external relationships relevant to own portfolio (e.g., government officials, land owners, service providers and partners)

Negotiate and manage claim/dispute mitigation and resolution.

Coordinate and/or determine land ownership, evaluate risks, and cure title defects. Manage and coordinate contract personnel (field & in-house).

Develop, negotiate and execute new commercial agreements (e.g., leases and right-of-ways), obtaining all functional alignment, as required.

Develop, prioritize and recommend commercial concepts/structures for the acquisition and/or monetization of a business opportunity for new and existing assets.

Prior renewable energy project development and real estate knowledge an asset; - Minimum 10 years experience;

Negotiate and manage the acquisition of new lands for the purposes of project development;

Accurate and timely submission of agreement documents; negotiation updates; as well as providing other notifications and contractual requirements;

Work with the Real Estate Team Leader, Development Managers on Project specific tasks as directed/required.

Seven (7) years of experience performing duties related to the above mentioned major responsibilities

Thorough knowledge of the Building Code Act and the Ontario Building Code

General knowledge of municipal government services and programs

Our Culture And Qualifications Of The Job

Three (3) year College Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology and/or related discipline

Registered Building Official with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH)

Experience performing data-entry and records management functions;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in working with staff, management, stakeholder groups and the public;

Experience providing financial and administrative office support, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reconciliations, and maintaining office supplies and contracts;

Experience working with a variety of computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook;

Experience working in a land titles office, land registry office or law firm would be an asset.

Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and client focus;

Minimum 5 to 10 years surface A&D experience within the energy sector

Strong extensive working knowledge of oil and gas in British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan

Strong analytical, interpretive, attention to detail, and organization skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required

On all acquisition and disposition transactions - review and provide analysis of surface files for data integrity

Prepare and review land schedules to ensure accuracy

You have working knowledge of the Planning Act, Provincial Policy Statement, municipal Official Plans, and Zoning or Development Permit By-Laws

Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills

Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including analysis and negotiation skills
