Laboratory Assistant (3 Months) Jobs

To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Lab Assistant (3 months) to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

Core Responsibilities

• Burning tests results analysis
• Troubleshoot, assemble and test Ciara and OEM (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Toshiba, etc.) units;
• Perform software installations and updates, data retrieval and hardware repairs;
• Complete warranty and out of warranty repairs;
• Work closely with the TNR clerks
• Work closely with the QC technicians
• Parts requests
• Responsible for testing parts, repairing and assembling units;
• Server troubleshooting and repairs
• SMS notes updates
• Keep work environment clean.
• Understand servers process and flow:
• Assembly and disassembly of MFGs;
• Run diagnostics, service equipment, order parts, maintain inventory, stay current with certifications;
• Repairs follow up
• Troubleshoot and repair laptops, desktops, servers and printers;
• Clerical work;

What You Will Bring

• Experience with MS Office Suite;
• Manufacture certifications preferred but not required (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc.);
• Experience in Printers repairs is an asset;
• College diploma or Attestation of Collegial Studies in electronics, computer science or any related area ongoing;
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role: lift servers up to 30 pounds.
• Work experience as a repair technician would be an asset for the future candidate;
