THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The Senior Architectural Technologist will be a highly motivated, proactive problem solver with a keen interest in the design and construction process.

With a fluency in building code and municipal zoning by-laws, this candidate will have a strong work ethic and understand drafting principals, construction details and architectural building systems as well as high proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe creative suite.

With experience working in the multi-family, commercial and residential sectors this individual will have experience in leading Canadian project from a technoical stand point from inception to completion.

There will be a leadership aspect to this role as well as this inididual will be leading a team of Technologists and working with Architects and Designers through projects.

This candidate will have the following aspects;

• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch Up graphic software an asset
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and effectively meet deadlines
• 7+ years of relevant experience in with a multi family, mixed use, institutional and commercial developments
• Experince working in a Canadian Architectural/Engineering firm
• Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Architectural Technology
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office
