SAIT’s School of Construction is committed to working with industry to ensure students are learning — and leading — using the latest technology, tools and practices. We provide students with the foundations to build a rewarding career in one of the largest sectors of the Canadian economy – the construction industry.

The Opportunity

The School of Construction is currently looking for individuals who are interested in teaching the next generation of professionals in their field. We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in future Instructor opportunities. We offer various courses during the day (Monday-Friday, between 8AM-6PM) along with evening and weekend courses.

The Role

• Attend all SAIT training as required
• Be an active and engaged member of the School
• All other duties as required for the position
• Adhere to all safety legislation, guidelines and safety standards as required
• Maintain and update curriculum as required
• Develop quality presentations for students
• Prepare for classes prior to delivery
• Maintain contact with industry sectors to assure technology is relevant
• Achievement of School initiatives and Objectives
• Provide accurate and up to date reporting of student marks
