The Ideal Person Will Be

• Experienced at working with organizations in the broader public and not-for-profit sectors.
• Highly organized and a self-starter who is able to work independently while also being an active team member.
• A growing HR professional, with some working experience, who is eager to learn and develop.
• Exceptional with computer skills, particularly Excel and Word.

This position is a full-time Human Resources Consultant / Associate. In this role you will:

• Assist Senor Associates with client work such as:
• Assist with business development and proposal writing.
• Develop job descriptions.
• Develop compensation market surveys and complete data analysis in Excel.
• Conduct research on HR leading practices.
• Review Human Resources and Health and Safety policies.
• Participate on a project team in areas such as compensation reviews, organizational reviews, policy development, performance management development, etc.
• Provide administrative assistance and other support to Senior Associates.
• Assist with the recruitment process.
