Human Resources Business Partner

Our Vermillion client is looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner.

As the HR Business Partner, you'll provide support to departments, and advise on employee-related matters and HR functions within the day-to-day operations of the business. This role requires solid business acumen and experience in strategy development and change management.

The current salary range is $71,173 - $93,212 per annum. Relocation Expense considered.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Applicable Professional Designation.
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Keys to Your Success

• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with people development and change management.
• Strong business acumen or public sector experience will be considered an asset.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR Generalist Experience.
• Experience in unionized environments is an asset.
