• Responsibilities
• Stay current with dataengineering and cloud technology trends and advancements.
• Documentdataengineering processes,datalineage, anddataflow to maintaindataquality and lineage transparency.
• Optimizedatapipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
• Design and implement scalable and efficientdatapipelines onGCP, extract, transform, and load (ETL)datafrom various sources.
• Set up and maintaindatastorage solutions onGCP, such as Google Cloud Storage, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.
• Developdatatransformation and processing logic to cleanse, enrich, and preparedatafor analysis and consumption bydataconsumers.
• Implement monitoring and logging fordatapipelines and systems to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate withdatascientists and analysts to provide the necessarydatasets and infrastructure to support their work.

• Proven expertise in designing and buildingdatapipelines andDatainfrastructure onGCP.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science,DataScience, or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
• Solid understanding of ETL principles,datamodeling, anddataarchitecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complexdataengineering challenges.
• Five years of experience as aDataEngineer, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Google Cloud services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud SQL.
• Familiarity withdatagovernance,datasecurity, and compliance best practices.
