Game Producer Jobs

We are creating the 1st game in our series called ESP-ionage Academy. We seek an individual who is highly talented that wants to establish themselves in an innovative and creative way that has not ever been seen.
We are going for a grant that must be in by the 25th of May. We require competent estimate or bids from individuals who are able to create this game, mostly themselves, while bringing in a freelance music designer, and stats expert for the scoring system.
The game itself is relatively easy, like Papers Please in design, but as fun to see and play as Among Us.
Please be very realistic with your estimate as we can create a Kickstarter pitch with a small budget to supplement. If you have any scientific or background as an educator, please mention it.
Feel free to ask questions but only if required. If you have a grant that you are eligible for in your region, feel free to reach out to possibly pitch our concept for it.
We plan to develop many games within this series, and want a Producer/Developer who will grow with us and our budgets.
Please verify what you are capable of designing by naming a game that you consider to be within the top end of your expertise.
We are Vancouver based so mention whether you live within the region, and if you may work remotely.
