Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels
• Continuously identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Prior customer service or support experience a plus, but not required
