Financial Systems Manager(Netsuite)

***Work hybrid in Toronto***

A SaaS client I am working with is actively growing and looking for a Financial Systems Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining all internal financial systems, with a focus on NetSuite. As a Financial Systems Manager, you will work closely with the accounting, finance, and IT teams to ensure our financial systems are operating at peak efficiency. The role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite and the ability to implement and improve financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support system upgrades and patches, including testing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain the NetSuite financial system, including configuring, testing, and implementing changes as necessary.
• Train and support users on financial systems, including providing training materials and answering questions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to financial systems.
• Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards in NetSuite to support business operations and decision-making.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT teams to identify and resolve system issues and improve system functionality.
• Monitor and manage system integrations between NetSuite and other applications, such as billing and payment systems.
• In charge of all aspects of NetSuite Administration (i.e. creating custom saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom workflows, training end-users, and managing the 3rd party integrations)
