About This Team
We are a group of passionate individuals delivering lululemon’s Corporate Finance Systems roadmap globally. The team acts as system liaison between Technology and Finance to support new initiatives and maintain ERP Financial Systems such as Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Financials on OCI, Oracle EPM Cloud, Coupa, ReadSoft Online, Lucernex, Vertex O Series, Spreadsheet Server (Insight Software) Reporting
a day in the life
As QA for Corporate Finance Systems, you will be working with a cross functional team to understand business and functional requirements and lead quality assurance efforts for Finance initiatives with primarily focus on but not limited to integrations between internal and external systems with Oracle EBS Financials application. You will ensure that the Finance platform is quality controlled using best practices to meet the scalability and reliability required for growing business needs. This role will report to Senior Technology Manager, Corporate Systems

• Lead QA efforts across a broad spectrum of cross functional projects with primary focus on Oracle EBS Financials R12.2.10
• Defines and implements quality assurance guidelines, standards, and measurements.
• Be hands-on with other applications within Corporate Finance Systems such as Coupa, Lucernex, EPM, Vertex O Series
• Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning
• Oversee all testing (both manual & automation) and validation responsibilities, which include estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities
• Partner with other QA teams (workday, inventory, digital, supply chain), design test cases, execution plans to ensure that functionalities built are thoroughly tested
• Drive test automation efforts for Finance Systems Platform
• Ensure business requirements, solution, are understood well and test cases/strategy defined to minimize production defects
• Be hands-on with Oracle EBS Financial Suite of Products (GL, AGIS, AP, AR, Cash, Projects, Asset)
• Work with vendor staffed QA analysts, engineers to drive test execution, planning.
• Build the Corporate Finance QA pillar
• Lead the daily defect triaging meeting with various stake holders to track defects closely whether they are being on a timely basis

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Test Automation
• Strong Experience in Functional, Regression, End to End testing, manual and automated.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Payables Integrations preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.
• 3+ years in in design/QA of Oracle EBS R12x Financial Applications
• Experience in Waterfall & Agile methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well versed in test automation frameworks and tools; experience in OATS (Oracle Automation Testing Suite) is highly preferred
• Experience working with high performing transaction systems
• Basic understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and web services
