* Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

* BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

* Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SAS, etc.)

* Developing ongoing reporting capabilities, monitoring performance and identifying improvements.

* 5+ years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst

* Strong leadership and communication skills

Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Oracle EBS Payables Integrations preferred.

Build the Corporate Finance QA pillar

Ensure business requirements, solution, are understood well and test cases/strategy defined to minimize production defects

Be hands-on with other applications within Corporate Finance Systems such as Coupa, Lucernex, EPM, Vertex O Series

Oversee all testing (both manual & automation) and validation responsibilities, which include estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities

Drive test automation efforts for Finance Systems Platform

Develop, implement and manage FAH-based solutions to improve revenue and accounting processes, including revenue recognition, posting and journal entries

Strong functional knowledge around financial systems and processes

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Ensure solutions are meeting SOX requirements

Experience in Oracle FCCS is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems

Perform system configuration, including setting up product hierarchies, pricing rules, promotions, and inventory management parameters.

Strong understanding of retail business processes and workflows, including merchandising, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and sales analytics.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex business requirements.
