Finance - Office Administrator position
I am actively recruiting for aFinance - Office Administrator positionfor one of my clients located inWoodstock, ON.
The company is currently seeking a full timeFinance - Office Administratorat ourWoodstock, ONlocation (on-site).
Position Summary:
The Finance - Office Administrator will be reporting to the CFO of the company and is responsible for the financial day-to-day administration of the Company including day to day processing, General Accounting, Payroll and some office administrative duties
Responsibilities:
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Filing source documents for all journal entries recorded.
- Performing payroll administration duties.
- Preparing trial balances.
- Posting journal entries to ledger accounts.
- Depositing money received by the organization.
- Making journal entries for all receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Paying accounts on behalf of the organization.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Issuing invoices
Requirements:
- Knowledge of computer systems an asset.
- Experience and knowledge of corporate accounting and financial management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices and applications.
- Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are vital to the role.
- Attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make the necessary decisions to move forward the work at hand.
