Field Service Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing, supporting and training ‘Hayward Authorized Service Centers’ within your defined territory. You will also be responsible for recruitment of new service centers when required to support Hayward customers in your territory. You will be responsible for all managerial aspects of contracted service partners and as a liaison between the customer and the service partner. Additional responsibilities include training and support for distributor and retail customers, working in concert with the sales team.

Qualifications

What we're looking for....

• An independent self-starter who can handle all aspects of field service management and is detailed oriented & organized.
• Current knowledge of local building codes involving pool equipment installations.
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge as it relates to pool equipment and control systems for pool equipment is preferred. However, candidates with a technical discipline and management experience will also be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in the pool and related industry network is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), interpersonal skills, and a strong knowledge of Windows based PC skills.
• At least 3-5 years of technical field management experience, including hands-on field technical service experience.
