Job Description

Forrest Solutions is currently seeking a Facilities Associate for our client, one of the largest banks in North America.

Schedule: On-site Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm; 40hrs/week.

Pay rate: $19/hr US dollars

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining internal documents when employees join and leave the company.
  • Managing a high-volume email inbox and multi-line phone system.
  • Issuing card requests for building admissions.
  • Constructing and deconstructing conference rooms, before and after meetings.
  • Completing floor walkthroughs throughout the building to monitor whereabouts and ensure that building appearance is presentable.
  • Reserving seats and conference rooms using a hybrid booking tool.
  • Noting any maintenance/building issues and relaying work orders to the Maintenance department.
  • Restocking office inventory, managing inventory list.

Office Support

  • Conduct floor walks, checking all areas of the floor for broken or out of place items.

► Submit work orders for anything that needs to be escalated to the building

landlord.

  • Keep a running inventory list of supplies and resources in the office. Place supply orders

when supplies run low.

  • Assist with employee desk relocations of varying scale. Occasional weekend overtime
  • Keep office supply centers stocked.

(optional,2-3 times per year).

  • Assist with other miscellaneous projects pertaining to real estate and office improvement.

Coverage

  • Employee will be cross trained in our other service lines (Concierge/Print

Production) and will be expected to cover in the event of an absence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette with a customer service focus
  • Mature, polished and professional presence and disposition; positive attitude with a

friendly and upbeat demeanor

  • Maintain accurate correspondence with confidentiality interfaced with all levels of
  • Punctual, dependable and reliable

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office including word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook
  • Ability to multitask
