Founded in 2022, the Sterling Executive Group supports CEO’s and executives through an ongoing, membership-based professional development model.

Members participate in bi-monthly virtual group meetings with their dedicated group of CEO’s/Executives. These meetings comprise of executive learning sessions, workshops, and confidential discussions about their companies challenges and opportunities. The prospects need to have a minimum of $3 million in revenue and 15 full time employees to qualify.

Led by Wayne Cole (Executive Chair) and Karina Regier (Chief Revenue Officer), the Sterling Group looks to build on our initial success by growing and launching virtual groups across the country.

Qualifications:

Your 40-year career path as a “Renaissance leader” in business and leadership has been challenging, diverse, successful, and fulfilling. You have experienced the ups-and-downs of a business start-up, mergers, acquisitions, and major corporate shake-ups.You have seen the emotional price of both success and failure.You learned to appreciate the value of trusted advisers and one-on-one coaching.You now feel strongly about being a mentor to other CEOs and C-Level executives.

You understand the operation, leadership, and performance parameters of most business models: R&D, IP, manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing, HR, coaching, change management, Board management, customer service, IT, inventory management, retailing, accounting, financing, and government relations.

Keen to share your wisdom and experience, you see a part-time role as a good fit for doing just that.It fits nicely with your current lifestyle.Perhaps you’re now doing some business consulting work, maybe you have become an executive coach, or perhaps you are just helping new leaders wherever you find the right opportunity.Maybe you have moved into retirement but would like to supplement your income with some engaging, part-timework that keeps you in the mainstream of the business world. We are not looking for a business consultant to uncover and fix member issues, we are looking for a well-seasoned business executive who can draw the best guidance and feedback from the members of a peer group, as their Chair.

We are seeking someone who fits this description, and is open to becoming a paid, professional Chair and facilitator for one, or more of our newly forming virtual CEO and executive peer groups in Canada starting in 2023 or 2024. This opportunity is ideal for an independent contractor who can devote 20-25 hours per month to chairing and coaching each virtual peer group they are assigned to. Applicants should have at least 35 years of business leadership experience along with excellent communication skills.
