About The Role


Reporting to the Manager of Trade & Shopper Marketing, we are looking for a highly capable Events & Merchandising Coordinator. The successful candidate will be working in collaboration with several internal and external partners & customers who help us bring our vision to life!


Responsibilities:


Event Support and Execution:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute event and trade show strategies that are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

· Coordinate and assist in the scheduling, set-up and logistics of marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.

· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all events and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Plan and coordinate all aspects of external events and trade shows including the tracking and delivery of all sales and marketing collateral, SWAG, and event components.


Merchandising Support and Execution:

· Support all shopper and merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility.

· Oversee and manage inventory levels, monitor asset performance, and make recommendations to optimize merchandising efforts.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholder on the creation and delivery of various sales material requests that align with product launches, promotions, and events.

· Support content management and digital assets via internal CRM platforms

· Work with internal procurement team to negotiate pricing, and terms with vendors to optimize cost efficiency and quality.

· Support with regular vendor evaluations and performance reviews to ensure compliance with service level agreements.

· Track multiple project progress, milestones, and dependencies, and provide regular status to key stakeholders.



Qualifications:


· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar or related role; preferably in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.

· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

· Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, project management software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for events.

· Bachelor degree in Marketing/Sales an asset

· Experience working with internal and external agencies an asset
