Employment Intake Lawyer Jobs

Samfiru Tumarkin LLP is a busy national litigation firm with offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. We are looking for an employment lawyer with 2+ years of employment law experience for a part-time or full-time position to do phone consults with potential clients who contact our firm.

This is a unique position.

The lawyer will not be required to handle active files. This position is ideal for a person seeking work-life balance and flexibility, to set their own days and hours of work. Very competitive pay.

This position is NOT suitable for new calls. It is for those who no longer wish to represent clients or litigate files.

The ideal candidate will have:

•good standing with the law society;

•strong written and verbal communication skills;

•the aptitude to work independently while coordinating with other team members;

•excellent attention to detail; and

•the competence to prioritize and meet urgent deadlines.
