Job Description
Randstad Canada is currently hiring Imaging Specialists for one of our renowned clients in the document storage field in Coquitlam!
The shift times is Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
The pay rate is $18.31
The position requires a reliability clearance. This means that you will need to get fingerprinting completed for the role. You will have to pay for the fingerprints, however, Iron Mountain will reimburse you for the fingerprints after your first month of working with them. Although you may be offered the position right away, you would not be able to start in the role until the reliability clearance has cleared which could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks.

Responsibilities
  • Scan hardcopy files to electronic images.
  • Perform document preparation tasks.
  • Assuring a quality image and perform quality control functions.
  • Working in a warehouse environment lifting and moving boxes to and from the doc prep area.
  • Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning and document preparation.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to complete a criminal background check and reliability clearance
  • Data entry experience is an asset
  • Must be able to work at a sustained pace
