We are looking for a Document Developer with a keen attention to detail and pursuit of perfection to join our team.


The kind of work you’ll be doing


  • Managing requests and workload to promote effective time management and satisfactory turnaround times
  • Developing workarounds in the presence of software buds in order to alleviate production issues.
  • Retrieving, revising and preparing information files for clients based on Go Live client life cycles and strict deadline schedules.
  • Adhering to strict Quality Assurance (in the form of both structural and content QA’s) in order to ensure delivery of production is error free.
  • Structurally creating, formatting and building clinical order sets and additional clinical documents that provide online solutions for clinicians.
  • Troubleshooting software bugs and technical issues in collaboration with software developers (IT QA).
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve customer deliverables
  • Implementing clinical documents to online platforms and maintaining document libraries in client repositories and network database.


Ideal Qualifications


  • You are a quick learner and possess the ability pick up new technologies with ease
  • Skills that would be considered an asset
  • You are proficient using Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and various Google applications
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • You are able to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • You have outstanding attention to detail
  • Previous work in a health related field
  • You equally enjoy working independently and with a collaborative team
  • Previous experience working on a document conversion or standardization project
  • You can produce large volumes of consistently accurate work
  • You enjoy finding novel solutions to unique problems
  • Previous experience with drag and drop programs


Pay for this position: $18-22/hr
