We are looking for understanding and compassionate disability support workers to join us and assist our clients in Busselton.

As a support worker, you will be a valued member of our passionate care team and will be supporting our client to live independently in their own home and empowering then to achieve their personal life goals. If you're someone who has a genuine interest in helping and would like to make a difference in someone's life within your community, this role is perfect for you!

• We have various morning, afternoon, evening, and,active night shifts availableseven days a week

New to the Industry?

The role of a disability support worker is a special one. Each of our clients have goals they would like to achieve it may be learning how to make a delicious meal, going bowling, or improving their fitness. You will assist them to live independently, help them work towards these goals, and support them as they discover new passions. Each day is different as you give someone the freedom to live life how they choose and (the best bit) you get to go along for the ride.
