As a Residential Support Worker, you'll become a part of creating a safe and supportive home environment for a small group of children up to the age of 18. These children face difficulties surrounding Emotional / Behavioural Disorders (such as ADHD, BPD, Depression) and require your therapeutic support.

With your understanding of psychological development and the impacts of diverse childhood experiences, you'll have the foundational tools to make your career a success in this industry. A key part of this role is acting as a positive role model - leading the children to maximising their potential as they prepare for a life outside of care.
