Director - Strategy & Partnerships

Arthur Health Corporation is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director – Strategy and Partnerships to start as soon as possible to oversee our emerging technology platforms through which Arthur Health delivers services to the Healthcare Sector. As Director, you will be responsible for high-level strategy formulation and, establishment and growth of global B2B partnerships business of Arthur Health Inc.

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week with a salary of $126,312.50 annually plus benefits including health, dental and HOOPP, and 2-week’s vacation after 12-months employment. Initially, this is a two-year contract position with the possibility of extension. Our registered address is at 50 Binscarth Road, Toronto, Ontario, M4W 1Y4All employees work remotely but must be physically in Ontario. The language of work for this position is English.

The main responsibilities for these positions include:

·Developing and establishing objectives for Arthur Health Corporation projects and programs alongside approving and formulating policies in line with these objectives;

·Establishing business initiatives as well as designing, developing and approving policies in line with these initiatives;

·Planning, allocating and managing financial, material and human resources required to establish and implement programs and policies in line with the objectives of the company;

·Identifying and developing teams and departments for the execution of our strategic direction, objectives, projects and programs;

·Creating and overseeing administrative and financial controls for various projects and programs to ensure smooth operations;

·Assessing, planning and directing the operations of our technology platforms as well as ensuring the efficiency of these platforms are in line with the company’s objectives;

·Overseeing and coordinating the work of all departments;

·Cultivating and maintaining business partnerships for Arthur Health;

·Representing the organization with external parties in negotiations or assigning representatives from Arthur Health to act on behalf of the organization;

·Directing, overseeing and evaluating budgets and expenditures; and

·Participating in identifying and hiring Senior Managers.

You must have the following qualifications:

·Completion of a University Degree in business, commerce, or other discipline related to the services we provide;

·Extensive experience in increasingly senior roles in IT project management;

·Experience working in Healthcare Technology;

·Experience managing teams of professionals and a demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively;

·Experience with project management methodologies; and

·Knowledge and experience applying relevant legislations, policies and procedures is preferred.
