Salesforce Training (www.salesforcetraining.com) is developing and implementing world-class training and adoption solutions for organizations that employ Salesforce, throughout North America.


We are presently in the midst of significant growth with several new projects kicking off and are in need ofa Director of ProSell - Sales Leader Coach, specifically focused on managing sales teams with Salesforce. Job Summary

This position will be one of the most pivotal roles to join our company.This role will be focused on partnering with our clients to deliver world class training & adoption solutions.The Sales Leader Coach is responsible for the delivery, growth and management of our proprietary Adoption and Certification program, called ProSell. The Coach’s primary responsibilities include working directly with our client’s sales leaders to support them as they drive greater Salesforce adoption with their sales teams , as well as managing a set of key client accounts, and working with the President to identify and act on growth strategies, and develop and support internal strategies to promote team collaboration, innovation, and communication.


This Toronto based position is full-time, working from your home office. Our clients are primarily in the US and Canada and occasional travel to both countries and possibly Europe, may be required.


Reporting to the Owner you will be a key member of the Training & Adoption team.


What You’ll Do

  • Facilitate the learning process via workshops, webinars, conference calls, and coaching sessions.
  • Schedule and deliver all post-training activities, including supporting sales team pipeline reviews, and individual coaching sessions.
  • Develop and maintain pre-and post-training testing functions to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and initiatives.
  • Develop process to achieve training program objectives.
  • Work with our clients to identify and define training needs, adoption success criteria and work with the team to develop content and coordinate the training program, content, and format.
  • Create internal processes and process reviews to monitor training program to ensure that all employees are receiving training to support job performance and meet job responsibilities
  • Work with our curriculum designer to design the post-training adoption program, including knowledge checks, application checks and long-term adoption metrics.

The qualified applicantmusthave:

  • A fanatical approach to proper spelling, grammar, and formatting is a must!
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Leader -Sales manager, Director or VP Level all considered.
  • It goes without saying that you are highly proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience managing the expectations of major clients and building a reputation of trust and expertise.
  • Experience managing with Salesforce.com - running, and subscribing your team to reports, building lists, keeping your sales team on top of their Opportunity pipeline.
  • An extensive list of sales people who’ve reported to you who would testify that you are the greatest sales mentor that they’ve ever had .(Kidding…but not really)
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma.


Massive bonus points if you have:

  • Your Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Change Management experience with an understanding of the Prosci (ADKAR) Change Management model.
  • Sales Management Consulting experience.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Prior employment at Salesforce.
