Director Logistic & Operation Jobs

Logiball's management team is looking for a bilingual Logistics and Operations Director. Work is diversified:
Logistics: Coordinate transportation of equipment for our local and international customers, including customs documents. Negotiate transportation agreements. Organize with the production team the packaging of the orders.
Purchase: Coordinate with the production team the purchases at the best cost while maintaining good relations with the suppliers.
Receive the delivery slips and ensure the accuracy of the material received in relation to the order.
Customer services: Manage incoming emails and calls providing technical product information. Write and submit submissions. Process orders received and forward them to the production team. Perform invoicing and ensure the filing of administrative documents related to purchases, sales and production.
Ensure replacement during absence of other management team members : payroll, bank deposits and approval of invoices to be paid.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
Bilingual (English-French)
Holds a bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, logistics or any other relevant study diploma.
Has good analytical skills to be able to make decisions.
Has good communication skills and a good team spirit
Familiar with the Office 365 suite
Able to demonstrate autonomy, rigor and meticulousness.
The position is open due to retirement.

The Ideal Candidate Has The Following Profile
Bilingual (English-French) with higher level knowledge of both languages.
Holds a bachelor's degree in administration, operations management, logistics or any other relevant study diploma. Or any equivalent experience.
Is versatile and dynamic
Familiar with the Office 365 suite
Autonomy and organization of work very important. Well structured with a good sense of priorities.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
Excellent skills for interpersonal relations and teamwork.
Available to travel (Canada and USA)
Valid driver's license.
