Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities as an operations coordinator in Laval:
  • All related tasks related to the position
  • Develop operational plans that drive long-term success and growth
  • Monitor operational systems on a daily basis and recommend solutions for improvement if necessary
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Implement strategies and business plans that align with short and long term goals developed in tandem with the CEO.
  • Work with the finance department and project managers to develop financial and budget plans
Qualifications
In order to obtain this position as an operations coordinator in Laval, you must have the following qualifications:
  • Oral and written bilingualism
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • University degree in business administration or a relevant field
  • Familiarity with various business functions such as marketing, public relations, finance, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing profitable strategies
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills
