40 hours per week between 8:30 am and 5 pm
Permanent position
Salary between 45 000 and 55 000 depending on experience
3 weeks of vacation

Responsibilities
Preparation and follow-up of various documents related to the logistics department
Management of email and data entry
Manage and follow up on shipments and problems related to the department
Follow up and communicate with the different departments
Qualifications
1 year of similar experience
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational skills
Mastery of Microsoft suite including Excel
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and meticulous
