Data Entry Analyst - MS Excel On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Data Entry Analyst - MS Excel
Data Entry Analyst - MS Excel –

• Complying with security backups and regular checkups to ensure the safety of the data being stored
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
• Insert client data by inputting numerical information from source documents within time limits
• Performing data searches
• It is essential that the data is accurate, up to date and complete as it is required for data analysis
• Assist automated solution by validated data points inserted
• To digitize all client fee schedules from pdf, images, text to standard format
• Role: Candidate will be required to read files and transform data into an excel or webpage (Training on how to read and transform data will be provided and assistance is available as required)

Data Entry Analyst - MS Excel – Mandatory Skills

• Attention to detail
• MS Word
• Previous experience working in data entry job working with MS Excel
• Completed Post-Secondary education
• Excellent communication and organization skills, proficient in English

Data Entry Analyst - MS Excel – Nice to Have Skills

• Bachelor’s degree nice to have
• Adobe nice to have
• Any previous banking/FI experience a nice to have
