Tues-Thurs in office with option to work from home Monday and Friday

Must have a minimum of one year's experience in the child care field

Must possess strong communication skills

Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR Certification is considered an asset

Have ability to work as part of a team

High School Completion Certificate or equivalent

Must have experience specifically with in fore implementation

Daily Responsibilities: Data entry & data reconciliation using MS Excel

Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Gather requirements for data entry and adjust databases accordingly

Post-secondary education related to mathematics, statistics, or computer science

Experience with VBA and macros

Technical support or customer service experience

Income Lending Administration - MS Excel – Mandatory Skills

Responsible for handling end to end process of SL (Service Lending) income desk

Borrowers are obligated to remit income entitlement for all lending activity on entitlement date which aligns with payment to the lenders

Collection of un-tracked lending activity supports the Income department who ensure underlying client's entitlements are posted on entitlement date

o Experience in designing, building and maintaining automated data pipelines feeding web-hosted Tableau dashboards

o Experience in server efficiencies, ability to monitor and optimize dashboard performance and database connections

o 3+ years’ experience in Tableau Desktop

o Experience in business analysis in large-scale data sets, creating dashboards, reports and presentations with compelling visuals
