Your new role
You will support growth by managing business relationships overseeing customer accounts and delivering on service level agreements.
You will build long term strategic relationships with customers, ensuring they receive excellent service at all times, you will onboard new clients and upsell products and services.
About You
You will have proven experience in a similar role within aviation and be used to working with a CRM system.
Your communication and people skills will be of a high level and you will speak and write fluent English. If you speak additional languages particularly Spanish it would be a real advantage.
