Customer Success Assistant / Full Time (Remote)

You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers and Sales team to ensure our customers are successful and achieve their desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot technical issues and work with our product team to resolve customer concerns.
• Develop an understanding of our customer's industries and use cases to provide strategic advice and guidance.
• Provide exceptional support to our customers via email, chat, and phone to ensure they are successful with our product.
• Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process.
• Work closely with our Sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure customer retention.
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think strategically.
• Familiarity with customer success best practices and methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
